The Boat House

Overlooking the Niantic River in Waterford Connecticut, this striking steamship style home needed a product that would not only stand up to the elements, but also be as eye-catching as the home itself. Homeowner and contractor, Jonathan Laschever, envisioned an updated space that embraced the surrounding water views while incorporating contemporary design elements. 

Because the home was to feature multiple decks and interior railings, including a curved deck on the top level, railings were an integral part of the overall design. Laschever worked closely with the Feeney® team to find and perfect the perfect railing solution for the complex project. The finishing touch, LED under rail-lighting, to accentuate the unique shape of the boat.
