The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel

Originally built in the early 1950’s as post-war affordable housing, The Kimpton Sylvan Hotel is an adaptive reuse project artfully re-imagined into a boutique urban retreat with a distinctive mid-century modern design. Located in Atlanta’s elegant Buckhead area, the building was restored to its previous grandeur by the design team from SSOE | Stevens & Wilkinson. The crown jewel of this multiple award-winning hotel is the rooftop lounge, St. Julep’s.
